Rules for purchasing a product, i.e., how to buy a product?
Payments for the product can be made by electronic transfer/credit or debit card. When can I withdraw from the contract and how?
- In the event that the circumstances specified above do not apply, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract/delivery of the product. V. Complaint submission rules:

To make a purchase/access purchased products, the User must have a device with an up-to-date web browser supported by the manufacturer with access to the Internet. Due to the fact that purchased products may be in the format *.PDF, *.doc, *.mp3, *.mp4, *.jpg, *.png. The User must have programs that support the mentioned files. In the case of purchasing online consultations, it may be necessary to have access to a program enabling such consultations (e.g., Skype/WhatsApp/Zoom). The Seller declares that the public nature of the Internet and the use of services provided electronically may involve the risk of obtaining and modifying Customer data by unauthorized persons, therefore Customers should use appropriate technical measures to minimize the above-mentioned risks. In particular, they should use antivirus programs and programs protecting the identity of Internet users. The Seller never requests the Customer to provide them with the Password in any form. Final provisions:
When using the products, it is prohibited to provide information of an unlawful nature or to act in a manner contrary to law, good manners, or infringing the personal rights of third parties. Amicable resolution of disputes and consideration of complaints. The Consumer has the option to: apply to the permanent consumer arbitration court with a request to settle the dispute arising from the concluded contract. apply to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings to amicably resolve the dispute between the User and the Seller. apply to the district (city) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection and obtain assistance regarding the contract or have the right use the ODR platform. The version of the Regulations in force on the date of conclusion of the Agreement by the User applies to agreements concluded before the entry into force of the new Regulations. INSTRUCTION ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or within 14 days of the delivery of the Product.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
